Any regularly stocked item purchased from Laural Supply may be returned within 30 days of purchase
for full refund less freight. Special order items may be subject to a restocking charge imposed by
our suppliers. Full refund or exchange will be made on any product shown to have a manufacturer’s
defect if declared within 30 days.

Before You Ship Product !!
Please make sure to call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which must appear on outside of box.
All returned goods must be in original packaging including all enclosed manuals, instructions and parts lists. We reserve the right not to issue refunds or to impose a restock charge if our
return terms are not met.
